If you come to a family photo shoot, you don’t need to dress in exactly the same clothes. It creates a much more harmonious effect if the colors and style match each other, while everyone wears clothes that are close to their own personality.
Makeup and hairstyle – do you need professional help?
Many people ask whether it is worth preparing for a professional photo shoot with professional makeup. The answer depends on the type of photo shoot you come for. In the case of a business or female portrait, professional makeup can add a lot to the overall picture, as the camera perceives the lights and facial contours differently than in everyday life.
However, in the case of family or couple photography, a natural daytime makeup and a tidy hairstyle are often enough. The goal is not to look completely different, but to feel relaxed and identical.
